What are the timelines for Greater Colombo?
Deliveries within Greater Colombo are completed within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.
How long does delivery take for Polgasowita & Moratuwa?
Both dry and cold items are delivered within 3 days for the Polgasowita–Moratuwa region.
How are cold items delivered to Peliyagoda, Negombo & Kiribathgoda?
Cold items to these areas are delivered once a week, typically on Thursdays. Dry items are delivered within 3 days.
Do you deliver to the Southern Coast?
Yes — up to Tangalle. Cold items once every 10 days; dry items within 3 days.
Do you deliver to Kandy?
Yes — dry items within 3 days and cold items once a week.
Do you offer islandwide delivery?
Dry items only are delivered islandwide within 3 days.
Can I order cold items islandwide?
Cold items are available only in selected regions, so we can maintain our cold-chain quality standards.

Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes. Same-day delivery is available for Colombo 01–15 for orders placed before 10:30 AM (Monday to Saturday).
What is the cut-off time for same-day delivery?
The cut-off is 10:30 AM for Colombo 01–15. Orders placed after that are delivered next-day.
Do you offer express or on-demand delivery?
Yes. On-demand express delivery can be arranged via PickMe Flash, subject to availability and additional charges.
